1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Globe Command at https://globecommand.com (the "service"), including by creating an account through ENLIST, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. "We," "us" and "our" mean Cobra Digital Group LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Globe Command is a live 3D globe that gathers publicly available data feeds from third-party public sources, such as government agencies, open data projects and community sensor networks, and shows them on a map. It also shows public camera streams operated by others, and optional simulated and fictional add-on content. The service is offered as a free 7-day trial, paid subscription plans (SECRET, TOP SECRET and DIRECTORATE) and optional add-on compartments.

3. Not for emergencies or safety decisions

Globe Command is not an official alert, warning or emergency service. Data can be delayed, incomplete, filtered, mislocated or wrong, and feeds can stop without notice. Do not rely on the service for navigation (aviation, maritime or road), evacuation, emergency response, medical, legal, investment or other decisions where a mistake could cause harm or loss. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number and follow official instructions.

Names such as "incident mode," "threats," "sanctions watch" and "alerts" describe features of the display. They do not mean that any event, risk or person has been verified by us or by any authority.

4. Third-party data, cameras and content

The data, camera streams, map imagery and video shown in the service belong to their respective owners and are provided under their own terms and licenses. We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or content. Data is sourced from, not endorsed by, the agencies and providers named in the app's SOURCES tab. Some content, including YouTube video, Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles and Esri map imagery, is also subject to that provider's terms, which you agree to follow when you view it through the service.

5. Simulations and entertainment content

The UAP TRACKING and SIMULATION add-ons are classified entertainment: original fiction, for entertainment use only. They do not depict real classified information, real government programs or real events. The ORBITAL and IMPACT add-ons are simplified simulations built on real public data and are not scientific or engineering predictions. DOOMSDAY and all other feeds are real public data, subject to Section 3.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service and at least 18 years old to buy a subscription or add-on. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who must make any purchase. The service is not directed to children under 13.

7. Your account

Give a real email address you control when you enlist. An account is for one person and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Keep your passcode secret; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at the contact address below if you think someone else has used it.

8. Free trial

A new account gets 7 days of free CONFIDENTIAL clearance. No payment card is required to start, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. After 7 days, access is limited until you choose a paid plan. We may change or end the free trial offer for new accounts at any time, and we may limit trials to one per person.

9. Subscriptions and billing

10. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from MANAGE BILLING inside the room, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your paid access until then, and you will not be charged again.

Because you can try the service free before paying, payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

11. Intellectual property and license

The Globe Command name and logo, the service's software, design, compiled data presentation and original content, including the fictional add-on content, are owned by Cobra Digital Group LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service for your own non-commercial viewing. Third-party data remains subject to its own source licenses, which are credited in the app's SOURCES tab.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The service and all data and content in it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any data or camera stream will be available, current or correct.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cobra Digital Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the service or your reliance on any data in it. Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $50. Some places do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cobra Digital Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, damages or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these terms, file a chargeback we find to be without merit, or act in a way we reasonably believe harms the service, its providers or other users. If we end your access for cause, no refund is due. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at the contact address below.

18. Binding arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the service that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by remote hearing at the arbitrator's discretion. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and Cobra Digital Group LLC each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

19. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to Section 18, the exclusive venue for any action not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

20. Copyright and camera owner requests

We respect the rights of content and camera owners. If you own a camera, stream or other content shown in the service and want it removed, or you believe something in the service infringes your copyright, email us with: your contact information; identification of the work or camera and where it appears in the service; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and, for copyright notices, your physical or electronic signature and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review every request and remove content where appropriate.

21. Service availability

We aim to keep the service running, but it depends on third-party providers, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud, Stripe and hundreds of public data sources, any of which can fail or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, add or remove features, layers and data sources at any time.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, give additional notice such as an email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

23. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will stay in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Cobra Digital Group LLC about the service. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver.
